About the Placement Cell

The Placement and Career Guidance Cell of Bhagwant Institute of Medical Sciences, Muzaffarnagar, is dedicated to empowering students for successful career transitions through comprehensive guidance, training, and placement support. Serving as a bridge between students and the professional world, the Cell focuses on skill development, internships, and job opportunities aligned with students’ academic and professional aspirations.

Through workshops, industry collaborations, campus recruitment drives, and personalized mentoring, the Placement Cell ensures students are career-ready and confident to meet the demands of the healthcare sector and allied industries.

Objectives

• Assist students in identifying and pursuing suitable career paths through counselling and expert guidance.
• Organize training programs: soft skills, resume building, interview preparation and aptitude development.
• Build and maintain strong clinical–academia relationships to enhance placement opportunities.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives and internships with multi-speciality hospitals and allied institutions.
• Inform students about higher education, competitive exams and entrepreneurship pathways.
• Support overall professional development and workforce readiness.
