The Grievance Redressal Committee is committed to maintaining a student-friendly environment where every student feels heard, respected, and supported. The committee works to resolve grievances related to academics, behaviour, administration or personal challenges in a timely and impartial manner, while maintaining complete confidentiality.

This is to inform that Bhagwant Institute of Medical Sciences has established a Grievance Redressal Committee to address student related issues and ensure a fair, transparent and responsive system to resolve academic and non-academic concerns.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee

  1. To provide a platform for students to voice their concerns or complaints without fear or hesitation.
  2. To resolve grievances related to academic performance, internal assessments, examinations, attendance or teaching methodology.
  3. To address non-academic issues, such as behaviour of staff, peers, discrimination, harassment, or infrastructure-related problems.
  4. To ensure fair hearing and timely redressal of all submitted grievances through a transparent process.
  5. To promote mutual respect and trust between students, faculty, and administration.
  6. To maintain a safe, inclusive and positive campus environment.
  7. To foster an environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
